As a team this is paramount to us as well as having open channels with relatives, we regularly update relatives of changes or updates in care. At Broadwater, we have an open-door policy, and I’m pleased to say the ‘availability of the Home Manager’ scored highly in our latest relative survey (May 2023). We keep residents active, engaged and entertained with activities, we actively post on Facebook to showcase daily life at our home.
