We were very sad to read this review, especially as we don’t feel that it is at all representative of the care or team at Edgbaston Manor. For anyone researching care homes for themselves or a loved one, we would suggest looking at our high score here and on another review platform, and reading some of the other lovely reviews from residents and families at the home. We are also incredibly proud of our excellent reputation and have been consistently rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission, including on our most recent inspection this July, where we scored Good in every area. We are also always happy to show anyone around the home to see the lifestyle first-hand and to meet our manager and team in person, who would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
