Just to reassure you, we always make sure that we have the right numbers of colleagues on hand, both throughout the day as well as the night, seven days a week, to ensure that we always deliver the safe, high quality care that we’re known for. When you visit, you may not always see every team member, especially during the day when there’s lots going on. We are sorry to hear you have occasionally struggled with parking, our colleagues double park to leave room for visitors, but we understand this can happen when we have staff training. We are always reviewing residents' care types to ensure they are in the place that suits them, I believe this has already happened.
