We appreciate all feedback to help us reinforce good practice, learn and improve.<br>We are always happy to discuss the details of any issues in person, and are already working on some of your concerns.<br>Our building is looking rather tired, and we have exciting plans to extend the home - a new activities area, some extra rooms for residents and new office space. We have applied for planning permission and received favourable feedback, but the process has been very slow (1 year so far). We hope that building work can start soon.<br>Meanwhile, we will consider options to improve the appearance of the front of the building in response to your comments. <br>We will look to address the points you raise about the curtains, and our manager will talk to you about this and about the Library area, which many families use when they want a quiet space for a visit.<br>Thank you again for your feedback and we are looking forward to seeing you again soon.
