I am sincerely sorry you feel this way and feel so negatively about your experience. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to all residents we support. The team are available to deal with any concerns that are brought to their attention immediately. A recent routine, external inspection from Infection Prevention and Control, awarded a score of 97.7%, during this inspection the whole home was checked including resident’s bedrooms. All staff carry mobile devises whilst on shift, these are used for our electronic care planning and daily note systems. I can understand how these devices may be mistaken for personal mobile phones and apologise if you though this to be the case. We are not aware of any outstanding complaint or safeguarding, however, if you have an outstanding issue the manager will be happy to discuss this with you. Once again we are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations and given the chance we would like to discuss and address this with you in person.
