We welcome feedback, positive or negative as we want to ensure we're providing the best service we can. We take any feedback such as stated in your review seriously and have carried out a full investigation of these unfounded allegations. We're happy that at our recent meetings we’ve discussed the review and our investigations that illustrate the allegations are unfounded. We hope our agreed plan and communication support put in place we will continue to show our commitment to providing a high level of care. As part of our respite or intermediate care stays, we support the resident, their loved ones and the multiple agencies involved to find a suitable placement; unfortunately the placements offered to your loved one have been turned down and they've chosen to stay at our home. We will continue to support until a suitable placement is found.
