Thank you for your positive comments and for highlighting your concerns. The past few years have been challenging and we value the support given by yourself and other relatives. As a result of an increase in admissions, we have increased our staff numbers and, as Mum has rightly stated, we filled these numbers with agency staff whilst recruiting permanent staff. Fortunately, we have received applications from many caring individuals and lately, we have welcomed new carers into the team. <br>As we have key times in the morning and in the evening, we have introduced 2 new shifts to allow for extra carers to be present during these peak times.<br>We have also welcomed 2 new activities coordinators into the team, which allows our activity programme to run 7 days a week. The programme is being developed with input from residents to ensure it includes sessions that appeal to all.
