Dear Deborah <br>Many thanks for taking the time to review our care home. All feedback is welcomed and allows us to continually develop our service. I do however dispute your point in respect of the standard of care. In the latest CQC report dated May 2023 Maple Court maintained the rating of GOOD in areas Caring, Safe, Responsive and Effective with the rating in Well Led being upgraded to GOOD following the 2-day inspection which was unannounced.<br>We are sorry that you feel that the service at Maple Court did not meet your expectations but are pleased that your grandmother is settling well in her new home.
