Good Morning Jane,
I am sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with your father's time spent here at Eastcotts Nursing Home. It's a shame that these issues were not expressed during his time with us in order for us to resolve them. I myself answered the telephone call from you after you had been to collect your father's possessions when you informed me that the wheelchair and a blanket were missing and that the television screen was broken. I informed you that we would find the wheelchair and blanket and leave them for you to collect at the Reception area which we did within 10 minutes of your call and they are still in the building for you to collect. In regards to the television, I explained to you that myself and the Maintenance Man had carried out a 'room check' of your father's room that morning and that the television screen at that time was intact. Once again I would like to apologise to you for the concerns that you have expressed on behalf of the Team here at Eastcotts.
