Thank you for taking the time to review us at Oak Springs. We do have sufficient staffing levels; this is calculated via a dependency tool that is used and reviewed regularly. I do feel that our care assistants are dedicated. It is a difficult job that they do, and without dedication, would be unable to continue. We do monitor our staff by holistic competencies and staff supervision. Night staff complete two hourly checks, and if a resident has the capacity and does not wish to get into bed, we do respect their decision, as it may differ from the expectations of the family.<br>Kind Regards.
