It's not often I am lost for words but I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful it is to hear your lovely words. It was an absolute pleasure to care for your dad at such an important time in his life and I am so glad that you felt supported. I feel very lucky to have an amazing team and for sure this is the best nursing home I have managed.
