Dear Deborah, thank you for taking the time to give your review, compliments and for raising a concern regarding mouthcare. <br>I am sorry you had to raise this concern, I wish to assure you that we take all concerns very seriously and to that point, I have now put in place an additional formal daily management monitoring of oral care across the home. It is also itemised as a rolling daily agenda item at our flash meetings each morning, to ensure we maintain high standards of mouthcare at all times.
