Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and I’m sorry you felt some areas were not up to the standard that you would expect.  We do have several people living with us who like to spend time in the reception area, so the door into the main part of the home is not always locked during office hours to accommodate their wishes. There was one occasion when there was a concern about a door left open, but since then when the door is unlocked there is always someone in the reception area to ensure it is secure.<br><br>I would welcome the opportunity to understand your concerns more and would encourage you to contact me at your earliest convenience so we can discuss this further.
