Aslockton Hall has a very robust complaint management process which is led by our highly trained senior staff, who are incredibly proud of the home they run. Given the nature of the complaint raised by this person, the staff escalated the matter to the highest authorities, only to find that there was no evidence or substance to the claim made. Despite the investigation being closed, we were very sorry to learn that the client remained unhappy and decided to pursue this with the owner of the home. Having almost 40 years’ experience in care, the charming and very caring owner felt there was nothing he could offer to pacify the person and so gently assured them we would happily continue caring for their loved one without prejudice. The home prides itself on being professional and caring in equal measure, and is proud of the Good CQC rating held.
