We are sorry to hear that over the years you have felt that management is not readily available or that communication has not been what you hoped for. As Home Manager I am always ready and available to see or speak with residents and families as well as staff. We routinely share the well-being details weekly via email, have resident & relative meetings scheduled throughout the year with minutes sent via email, regularly contact the relative groups to update and advise and spend time on each community to ensure that people are being supported effectively.
