Thank you for taking the time to submit a review for Bilton Hall. We are really surprised about your comments as we have had an ongoing programme of decoration within the home and we have had positive comments from residents and relatives within the home. All our bedrooms are decorated as necessary when they become vacant. We have also made improvements in areas of the home not visible to visitors, including the kitchen which has helped us gain a 5 Star food hygiene rating. We are also surprised with your low score for our activities as we have a wide programme of activities and over the last few months this has included entertainers, alpacas visiting and a weekly cheese and wine afternoon.
