All feedback is appreciated and allows us to continually develop our service.<br>We have identified some areas of carpeting that need replacement, however, this is part of a planned program of works<br>In respect of the food, this is regularly sample checked with the majority of all responses being positive. We continually communicate with residents asking their opinions as Food and Nutrition is something we take very seriously and are not aware of any complaints.<br>We would welcome a meeting in order to discuss in detail any of your other concerns.
