Thank you for your honest review. Sadly, one of the lifts did require a replacement part during your stay but there are 2 lifts in the home and the second one could have been used if it was required. The cinema is available at all times so I am sorry that wasn't clear, I will speak to the events team about regular scheduled showings being added to the activity plan for clarity. I am so sorry to hear the mealtimes didn't suit you, had the team have known your preference to eat later than 12:30 for lunch and 5:30pm for supper our chef would have been happy to make a separate arrangement for you, especially given your short time with us.
