Thank you for taking the time to review Anita Stone Court, I am sorry that you feel the service has not met your expectations. When our manager left in late February we informed residents immediately & families when they visited - I am sorry that you felt this wasn't sufficient and we will ensure a more formal communication happens in the future. The service has been steadily improving since its first 'requires improvement' review and we are confident this will continue when we are next inspected. The manager who was with us only 3 months hadn't completed their induction and so was not yet fully conversant with our processes and the improvements implemented. We would be delighted to discuss these with you, along with plans for additional improvements. We are proud of the care and services delivered, and this is reflected in the majority of feedback.
