Please be advised that we do have a complaints procedure at the home where you can raise any issues directly with our management team. We will be only too happy to address your feedback regarding your aunt's bedroom. With regard to our fees, costs are based on the level of care required, however, we will be in touch personally to answer your query regarding your aunt's care plan and associated fees.
