Hi Sally,<br>I'm sorry you feel this way. We looked after mum for nearly 5 years. Any concerns that were raised were addressed with yourself or your brother. <br>As a home, we were very fond of mum and I believe she had good relationships with the majority of the staff. <br>I can assure you the home is not short staffed and we pride ourselves on not using agency. <br>We are always happy to receive feedback and I will share this with the team.
