We are so sorry you felt unhappy with the room, if you had raised this with us, we would have been more than happy to move him to a different bedroom. In terms of the duvet, our residents’ comfort is so important to us and during the summer months, your husband simply found the duvet made him too hot, so preferred to use the throw instead.
