Thank you for your praise for our amazing staff, we are certainly very proud of them. I am sorry you feel unhappy following the recent heatwave. There were fans throughout the building and in residents’ bedrooms and unfortunately, we had a fault with one of our air conditioning units, which was rectified the following day. While we did everything we could to reduce the heat, temperatures during this short spell were unprecedented and impacted everybody. We do encourage residents to have their bedroom windows open during hot weather, but as your brother prefers his to be closed, we must honour his wishes which unfortunately makes it harder for us to keep his bedroom cooler during these periods. <br>Whist we do everything we can to manage the car park, we are fortunate to have lots of spaces in our neighbouring street to park in when it gets busy during peak visiting times. Please don’t hesitate to speak to the home manager or her team if you have any other concerns.
