There has been a recent recruitment drive to reduce the use of agency & hope to appoint into our vacant care hours & minimise any use of agency. Thank you for sharing that the care & attention your mother receives is good. Our staff have a reputation for being very caring towards our residents, & care is a big part of our ethos. We’re currently undergoing a schedule of works & are also updating some furnishings. If you discover any maintenance issues when you visit, please do raise these with staff.
