I would like to reassure you that we have been actively trying to recruit externally for the role of activities, sadly, without much success. It is extremely important to us that we recruit team members on value, as our residents are always our priority and we do need to ensure that we are giving them the best experience. As you are aware a team member asked if they could help out to ensure our residents had some additional activities and stimulation during recruiting for this role. During this time, we do acknowledge that there hasn’t been the  broad spectrum of activities that our residents are used to; however, I am delighted to be able to confirm that the role has been permanently filled by the team member who supported us.
