With regards to staffing levels, unless someone is off poorly at short notice, we are never short of staff and in an ideal world perhaps patients feel there should be more. We will continue to monitor our staffing levels to ensure the needs of our patients are met. I’m sorry this was not your
experience. With regards to the food I will forward your feedback onto the kitchen. On a positive note I feel privileged that our unit was able to assist you to mobilise again after your period of 2 years not being able to walk.
