Thank you for such a heartfelt review.<br>As you know, we are a family here at West Oak and it's important to us that not only the resident, but their loved ones feel part of our family too.<br>Even though your mum's time with us was short, we felt privileged to share the last part of her journey.<br>It was wonderful to see so many of her family and friends visiting, and this shows what a special lady she was.<br>Know that we are still here should you need us, and we hope in time you will come back for a cuppa and a catch up.
