We are extremely sad to receive your review. We do not feel that the information is reflective of the care home and wish to respond as such. The home has had recent external audits undertaken, as well as our own comprehensive governance suite of audits and whilst there are always opportunities to learn and develop, the outcomes do not correspond with those relayed in this review. Recent resident and relative survey outcomes have been positive also. The team have regular HR Clinics to support them in their role and the feedback again, has not caused concern. The home has a knowledgeable and experienced home manager newly in post and the senior management team provide consistent support. The Regional Manager for the service was surprised to read your feedback regarding your complaint as he met with you on a regular basis to discuss any concerns you had and carried out any required actions. We take all feedback very seriously and always reflect and improve our service as a result.
