We are truly sorry to receive your review and the concerns you have raised. During your mother’s short stay with us, she was very clear in her wishes to be back at her home rather than in care and we are pleased that this is now the case.
We do recognise the responsibility we have in caring for someone and do respect family and loved ones' advocacy on their behalf. There were shortfalls identified by her family which we have responded to in full and have acknowledged that there were instances where the standards of care were not at the levels you were right to expect. We do apologise for this and through this process will ensure that relevant lessons are learnt.
