Despite your friend being here for a short span of time, she was a great character and a very friendly person. It was a sad and painful moment for all of us when she departed. We feel fortunate to have cared for her.<br>Following this, we have made changes within our care home and increased the types of activities we provide our residents. We appreciate your mention of freshly cooked meals and it's a shame it has not been recognised. We strive to accommodate the diverse preferences and dietary needs of our residents.
