We greatly appreciate all feedback from our residents and their families, and I am sorry to hear that your experience with the service is not at our expected standard. We endeavour to give a consistent level of care and service at every stage of a resident's and family's experience.  I would like to ask that you come and share your concerns in greater detail in order for a solution to be implemented. We always aim to support our residents to be as independent as possible on moving into the home, however as their needs change we need to adapt and would welcome your input in order to provide a person-centred approach.
