Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We have looked into your concern about staffing levels and can confirm these are reviewed on a minimum of a weekly basis and we have not had any staff shortages.

I do understand your concern about the doorbell, and we have put a temporary doorbell in place while waiting for the current doorbell to be reconnected to our call bell system. I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused on your visits. I’m really pleased to hear you feel the staff are lovely.
