We are currently revisiting how we engage residents with activities and the community whilst encouraging a whole-home approach to help support this. We will be working with families to understand their expectations and recommendations, as well as inviting families to access the app so they can see their loved one’s involvement in activities happening in the home. We are also looking into how we can improve and speed up access for visitors whilst emphasizing to the team the importance of being prompt in letting visitors in and out of the building in a timely manner.
