Hello,<br>I am so glad to hear your Dad is feeling better, hospital is never a great place to be! Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, it is really appreciated. The whole team in St Georges enjoys getting to know each resident and participates in welcoming everyone. The participation at meal times is part of our unique household model which brings more 'homestyle' experience for residents so they feel much more at home, and in control of their days.  It also helps residents to get to know each other and not feel lonely. Your Dad will be warmly welcomed and looked after by both all the staff and his household's residents.
