I am sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the level of service you feel your relative received at Heath Lodge Care home. A detailed preadmission assessment was completed and your relative visited for lunch prior to the admission. Unfortunately, there are times when a person’s needs can change rapidly, and this was the case during your relative’s admission. We have a duty of care to ensure our team can look after people safely and there are times that needs can become too great.
