Thank you for taking the time to send us a review. I am very sorry to hear how you feel with regard to the information shared. As per your discussion with our deputy manager we are more than happy to provide you with a hard copy of the care plan for your Mother but there is a set legal process that we have to comply with. I appreciate that this can be frustrating and as discussed we are still happy to sit down with you at any time and go through the care plan verbally while you are awaiting the hard copy. I understand how it must feel that we communicate with your Stepfather more but as he also lives with us, we speak on a daily basis and will answer his questions regarding how your Mother is. At no time have we been asked not to communicate with you and are more than happy to update you whenever you wish. Your relationship with your Mother is very important and we will always do whatever we can to support this. I am also available should you wish to discuss this further
