Dear Marie. I am so pleased you enjoyed your visit to your friend, so important to keep friendships and relationships a priority. This is of great value for our residents. I am sorry to hear you were unable to get anyone’s attention when you were ready to leave. I will feed this back to the team. I suspect they left you to have some privacy with your friend however we need to be more mindful to just keep a check that everything is ok.
