We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with aspects of your father’s care here at Barty House. These really are not instances that we recognise or that are indicative of the high standard of care that we provide. However, we take all feedback, including complaints, very seriously and use this continually to improve our services. We also work closely with our local authority and the CQC and, indeed, involved both organisations at an early stage of your father’s two-month stay with us. Caring for all our residents and keeping them safe is our number one priority. We watch them very closely for signs of ill health and deal swiftly with these, just as we did your father’s UTIs.
