Any new team members undertake a comprehensive induction programme which includes shadowing our existing team to allow them to become familiar with our residents and their needs.  <br><br>We are aware of our pharmacy provider experiencing stock issues, we continue to work closely with them to help resolve them as quickly as possible.<br><br>We can fit grab rails as and when people need or desire them. I apologise for the delay with your request and will follow up appropriately.<br><br>The lockable cupboards are usually used for creams that only our team accesses.  If secure storage in the room is required, we can arrange this ensuring this is accessible for your mum. As you know my door is always open and we have had the opportunity to iron out some of these concerns, however, I continue to welcome any feedback to enhance your mum’s experience at The Mill House.
