We are surprised and disappointed by this review as Alison was so complimentary when leaving Oaklands with her mother and hugged both the deputy manager and senior on duty. In the two months since, the family has never contacted the home to raise any complaints or concerns. Moreover, there is no record of her mother having a urinary tract infection (UTI) while she was with us. Our records show she was offered and received personal care daily. We would like to offer the family the opportunity to talk over their experience with us. <br>Please let us know whether that would be something you would consider.
