Thank you for your five-star review of Abney Court Care Home. We are delighted that our team looked after you during your respite stay and we continue to welcome you back into the home when you visit your friends. At Abney Court, we have always had a full team in place but if colleagues are busy supporting other residents in their rooms you may not always see them. With regards to strike action, Abney Court and the rest of Care UK care homes have never experienced this taking place.
