We apologise that your experience at Redlands House was difficult for you. Your admission was via the hospital as part of their "rehabilitation to home" scheme and arrangements to enable this are made by them, we do not have physiotherapists on site. <br>Your point in relation to grab rails has been noted and will be addressed and I apologise that your experience with the agency carers was not positive. The manager welcomes feedback and would be happy to further discuss your concerns with you direct however she felt at the time of your discharge home that your concerns had been addressed that she was aware of, in that an early discharge was arranged for you.
