Thank you for taking the time to review your Mother’s stay at Fleming Court and you are happy with the care provided.  I am sorry you feel that there is a lack of activities. We employ two Well-being Coordinators who provide seven day coverage of events and activities both within and outside of Fleming Court who take into account residents' needs and wishes.   The full range of activities is displayed throughout the home as well as forming part of our newsletter which is available for all residents and relatives.   Your feedback is important to us to ensure we can take any lessons learned to support us to deliver the best care for our residents.
