Thank you so much for your review. I'm glad that the family feel supported as the Eshcol team usually end up becoming almost as close to the families as to the actual resident themselves. Your dad does seem to be very content, much more mobile than when he first arrived. I'm also pleased to say that we took your comments about the coffee on board and he now has his own labelled supply in the kitchen for his cafetière. I'm pleased this was brought to our attention.
