I will discuss your feedback regarding our food with our kitchen team, where our menus are prepared freshly on site each day, taking into account our residents preferences and dietary requirements. We always have alternative dishes to our menus available for residents to request. We encourage residents to participate in our daily, weekly and monthly activities, however we respect their wishes if they prefer not to take part. We apologise that there wasn't a personal newspaper ordered for your father, where we provide a range of newspapers and magazines for our residents.
