Please be reassured that all care staff have pagers on them when they are on their break and the calls are answered immediately as their breaks are paid. <br>We identified that you were not happy with the activities we offer but this is agreed with our residents and their preferences for such activities as quizzes, arts and crafts, colouring, and puzzles. I hope you were able to see the recent addition - memory boxes where residents can collect their memories of recent activities if they participated. We are more than happy to meet with you in person and discuss any concerns that you have.
