Firstly, I am sorry you didn’t feel able to come along to the dining room for your meals, we have reviewed our meal service to those choosing to eat in their rooms and your feedback has been noted and we have now improved this service.<br>Here at Heath Lodge, we pride ourselves on delivering person centred care and our home being a community, with this in mind we don’t believe residents should be separated due to a diagnosis of living with dementia. We regularly review individuals needs and if we feel an individual is having an impact on others living at Heath Lodge, we address this with our trained staff and reach out to our community support teams to help support the resident.
