I am sorry you feel we are limited in space for visiting however this is not the case and we actually learned from lockdown that visits in your loved ones room were more beneficial to family and residents alike as these were more intimate. This then leaves the lounges for our other residents to enjoy and  be free from distractions and disturbances.
