I can, with certainty, say the cushion your Aunt had was replaced completely, as we confirmed to you and your family at the time and we have never looked to restrict communications with any family members during your Aunt’s time with us. Irrespective of who holds power of attorney, and what communication process they would personally like in place between the wider family and our team, we would always encourage all visitors to let any member of our team know straight away if they find something which needs addressing urgently, so there is no delay in it being dealt with.
