All our staffing dependencies are reviewed monthly or beforehand if there have been any changes to our residents' needs. The current staffing levels we are working on are sufficient for the residents' needs who live in the home. I am sorry to hear that your wife felt isolated and out of place. We strive for a high level of inclusion within our home and daily activities for all residents. We do have a robust system for new admissions into the home, by communicating that we are a Dementia Residential home, completing show-arounds and a pre-assessment to ensure that we can meet their needs prior to moving into Highfield Care Home.
